El poema “Paco, el esqueleto” (página 16), está escrito en honor a la celebración del Día de Muertos. Después de leer el poema, ayude a su niño o niña a leer la información sobre el Día de Muertos en la misma página. Comenten lo que ha aprendido o lo que ya sabía. So this month, we have a poem inspired by a holiday, as well as factual information about the holiday and a holiday-related craft. The poem, “Paco the Skeleton” (page 34), was written in honor of the holiday Día de Muertos, or “Day of the Dead” in English. After reading the poem about Paco, help your child read the information about Día de Muertos on the same page. Talk about what your child learned or what your child already knew.
